Our Goals.

When VUP Media took on Bella Homes as a client, we immediately recognized the need for an overall strategic plan to enhance the company’s digital visibility. There was little website traffic, nominal social media presence, and a lack of SEO ranking tactics. Our team developed a social media and communications strategy to target these pain points, and to enhance their website content and drive traffic to their site.

Graphic Design

VUP Media handles all print and graphic design for Bella Homes. In an effort to sell the homes before they are even built, we create a gorgeous brochure for each property that showcases its 3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, features and specs, and information about Bella Homes – all in a visually appealing, digestible layout. We also produce print advertising materials on a monthly basis, creating eye-catching full-page magazine ads that highlight specific projects, available properties, and general brand awareness.

Video Production

Video produces more engagement than any other form of online content, so when Bella Homes was onboarded, we knew video production needed to be part of their strategy. We first filmed an interview with Managing Partner Stephen Petrucci, effectively telling the story of Bella Homes and increasing brand awareness. We also produced a series of homeowner testimonial videos that highlighted the quality finishes of the homes, as well as the dedication of Stephen and his team that resulted in the complete satisfaction of his clients. Several other high-quality videos have been produced by VUP to promote specific projects and aspects of the company, resulting in thousands of views on social media and setting Bella Homes apart from the competition.
